Principal Oneeka Lockhart

With 27 years of dedicated service in education, Mrs. Oneeka Lockhart proudly serves as the Principal of Montlieu Academy of Technology, home of the Mustangs! A passionate and visionary leader, Mrs. Lockhart is committed to fostering a dynamic learning environment where every student is empowered to "Unlock Your Potential and Unleash Your Greatness."

Mrs. Lockhart began her career as an Instructional Assistant and have since served in multiple roles including Classroom Teacher (K–5), Curriculum Facilitator, Assistant Principal, and now Principal. Her diverse experiences have shaped her into a well rounded educational leader who understands the importance of academic excellence, innovation, and community collaboration.

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Elementary Education (K-6 certification) from High Point University and a Master of Arts in Educational Leadership from Gardner-Webb University, with licensure in K-12 leadership.
