Greetings & Salutations, Montlieu Academy of Technology!
I am Ms. Tanisha A. Richards, and it is a privilege to serve as your assistant principal. I have been an educator in Guilford County Schools for nearly a decade, teaching seventh grade math and science, with a deep commitment to student growth. With a B.S. in Electrical Engineering and an M.Ed. in Educational Leadership, I’m passionate about all things STEAM and dedicated to empowering our scholars to explore, create, and lead. I look forward to supporting every member of our community as we unlock our potential and unleash greatness together.
As we embark upon the 2025–2026 school year under the theme "Unlocking Our Potential and Unleashing Greatness," I am filled with joy and fueled by purpose. Each day, I am inspired by the resilience of our scholars and the dedication of our educators. Together, we cultivate an environment where dreams are nurtured, potential is realized, and greatness is achieved.
